CONTINUOUS EXTRUDER FOR TUBULAR BODY

PURPOSE:To make continuous extrusion possible and obtain a tubular body which is stable in quality in the longitudinal direction by forcing a blank material into a pressurizing chamber by the friction with rolls and extruding the same as a tubular body continuously from a die. CONSTITUTION:This device consists of a pair of a convex roll 1 and a concave roll 2 and a stationary die black 4 having a die 3. A blank material pressurizing chamber 7 is formed of a pair of the rolls 1, 2 and the die block 4. A blank material 8 is forcefully inserted into the chamber 7 by the rolls 1 and 2 which are revolving in opposite directions. The blank material 8 forced into the chamber 7 is extruded from the die 3 by the friction owing to the revolutions of the rolls 1, 2. Shapes of various arbitrary shapes is extruded by forming the shape of the die 3 into irregular sections.
