PURPOSE:To improve fixability, pencil erasability, transfer characteristic at high humidity, etc. by coating an aqueous soln. or an aqueous dispersion contg. a resin A and a copolymer B which are respectively specific acrylic copolymers, and of which the carboxyl groups of the polymer are neutralized with NH3 or amines on paper surface. CONSTITUTION:A resin A comprising neutralizing the COOH of a copolymer of ethyl acrylate of 2-10:90-98 molar ratio and (meth)acrylic acid with NH3 or volatile amines and a copolymer B comprising neutralizing a copolymer of methyl methacrylate, >=C6 alkyl (meth)acrylate and unsaturated carboxylic acid with NH3 or volatile amines are produced. An aqueous soln. or aqueous dispersion contg. 40- 70pts.wt. resin A and 60-30pts.wt. copolymer B is coated on a paper substrate and is dried, whereby a transfer receptive layer is formed. To improve paperlike characteristic further, pigments are mixed. In this way, ink drawability, conveyability and blocking resistance are improved as well. |
