The resistance (resistor) element is distinguished by three-dimensional heat emission which is fixed as required, is deposited on a polycrystalline substrate (1) and is provided with two connecting conductors (2). The resistance element is formed from a first layer (3) whose thickness has the value e1 and which is formed from a material whose resistivity ( rho 1) has a first value. This first layer (3) is arranged between the two conductors (2).
