<p>PURPOSE:To easily produce a precision casting mold for local cooling by injecting a pattern material and magnetic powder into a simulated mold constituted locally of a magnetic material to make a pattern, subjecting the same to slurry immersion and sanding alternately to adhesively mold a mold then removing the pattern. CONSTITUTION:If a pattern 5 is made by injecting a pattern material 3 and magnetic powder into a simulated mold 1 constituted locally of a magnetic material 2 and a nonmagnetic material for other parts, the magnetic powder 4 gathers around the magnetic material 2 on the simulated pattern side, thereby forming a magntic powder cohered part 6. This pattern 5 is removed and is subjected to slurry immersion and sanding alternately. Here, magnetic powder 7 is beforehand mixed in the slurry. Because of this, the magnetic powder 7 gathers in the magnetic powder cohered part 8 in the mold 9 formed on the outside circumference of the pattern 5, whereby a magnetic powder cohered part 9 is formed. Thence, the pattern 5 is removed from the mold 9, and demagnetization of the parts 8, 9 is carried out.</p> |
