<p>PURPOSE:To enable confirmation of accurate automatic dimming by detecting rapid change of flush light illumination with a differentiation circuit and displaying automatic dimming. CONSTITUTION:The amount of light by strobo tube 11 is detected at the photodetector 16, and the detected signal is differentiated at the differentiation circuit 17. Further, based on the detection of the reflected light from the objective, automatic dimming is correctly made with the automatic dimming circuit 14 and when the light emission of the strobo tube 11 is stopped, the output of photodetection by the detector 16 is rapidly changed and the output of the circuit 17 is rapidly increased. Thus, only when the automatic dimming is correctly made to the display device 20 via the monostable multivibrator 19 through the compared output at the comparison circuit 18 fed with the reference value, automatic dimming display is made, allowing the confirmation of automatic dimming operation accurately.</p> |
