摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain superior two-color images of always the same density by forming the 1st photoconductive layer different in spectral sensitivity using an amorphous layer of amorphous Se-Te contg. a specific amount of Cl, and irradiating specific quantity of while light uniformly thereto prior to first charging. CONSTITUTION:With an Se-Te alloy contg. 4-12wt% Te and <=100ppm Cl as a vapor source, a conductive substrate 11 is held at 60-95 deg.C, and the 1st photoconductive layer 12 of 20-60mum film thickness is vacuum-deposited. Next, a light transmittable current blocking layer 13 of a resin such as polycarbonate or inorg. material such as SiO2 is provided, and further a phthalocyanine pigment etc. are filmed by a resin for binder, whereby the 2nd photoconductive layer 14 is formed. The layer 12 of this photoreceptor P does not provide sensitivity to >=600nm light even when, for example, >=700nm light transmits the layer 14 to reach the layer 12. In this way, the decrease in the separating potential in two colors is prevented so as not to cause variance in copying density depsite repetitive regeneration by performing denstaticizing for the purpose of erasing the previous latent image through uniform irradation of white light of 100-1,000lx.sec quantity of light.
