The adjustable jewellery ring (1) fits the finger automatically, whatever its diameter or variation of diameter and can be adapted for bracelets. It is cut and each part is shaped so that one extremity (4), in the form of a tenon, slides in the other (6), in the form of a mortice. The mortice is formed by two branches (7,8) of one part which are held together by a hoop (9). The tenon can slide between a position in which a stop (5) on its extremity rests against the hoop and one in which it rests against the end of the mortice (10).
