The pan for cooking ingredients by solar energy, requires little or no fat or water for the cooking process. The cooking medium is replaced by an alloy of eutectic metal used in the making of the pan, which possesses a melting point of between forty-seven and seventy degrees Celsius. The pan (1) has a metal outside and inside (2) and the eutectic metal alloy is injected into the intermediate gap with sufficient room for the expanding metal to expand. The lid (4) which has the same design as the pan is on top, and has two handles (5).
