摘要 <p>The system has the gear selection stages supplied with a control signal obtained from the quotient of the rotation rate of the vehicle drive and the drive voltage. The stepped transmission may be coupled to an auxiliary combustion engine drive. Pref. a quotient stage (12) receives a signal from the supply voltage source (10) for the electric drive motor and a signal from a velocity monitor (11). The gear selector (13) coupled to the output of the quotient stage has two gear selection stages (130,131) to provide a 3-speed transmission. These two stages respectively controlling switching between 1st and 2nd gear and between 2nd and 3rd gear are each coupled to a magnetic valve (14,15) for effecting gear changing. The system can be used for a train or tram etc. with a fully electric or hybrid drive.</p>
