<p>PURPOSE:To increase the operating speed and to oscillate high frequency signal, by constitution that transistors at each section can be operated at nonsaturation region and zeroing the minority carrier storage time. CONSTITUTION:A differential amplifier is constituted with transistors (TR)Q10, Q11, and the 1st current Miller circuit consisting of TRQ12, diode D3 and the 2nd current Miller circuit consisting of TRQ13 and diode D3 are connected to the collector of TRQ10. Further, the 3rd current Miller circuit consisting of the collector of TRQ11, TRQ14 and diode D4 is connected, and the 4th current Miller circuit consisting of diode D5 and TRQ15 is connected to the collector of TRQ13 and TRQ14. A capacitor C1 is connected to the common connection of TRsQ13, Q14 and the base of TRQ11, and the conduction of TRQ11 of amplifier is controlled with the voltage across the capacitor C1. Transistors at each section is operated at nonsaturation region, the carrier storage time is zeroed and the operation speed can be increased.</p> |
