PURPOSE:To simplify the circuit constitution, by providing the asymmetrical error logic circuit which feeds back a part of the output to one terminal of the input, setting the affirmative mode to the input terminal, resetting the logic circuit through the input of negative mode to other input terminal, and making easy binary handling of the negative mode. CONSTITUTION:The self-holding circuit is provided with two input terminals 2, 3 and an asymmetrical error logic circuit 1 having one output terminal 4. This circuit 1 is in cascade connection of a voltage doubler rectifying circuit RCA so that the output +V of positive polarity being the logical product of two inputs can be output from the terminal 4. The output of the terminal 4 is fed back to one terminal 2 with a feedback circuit 5, the information of affirmative mode is input to the terminal 2 and the information of negative mode is input to another terminal 3. Further, the input to the terminal 2 sets the circuit 1 and the input to the terminal 3 resets it, allowing to make easy the binary handling of the information of negative mode and to simplify the circuit constitution. |
