<p>The cover is for green fodder silos. It has a circumferentially closed, inflatable tube (14) with a circumference which is geometrically similar to the silo cross-section. The hose (14) is fixed at the periphery to a covering tarpaulin (16). It is made of an elastic material such as rubber or rubber-type plastics and is connected to an inflation device. The inflation device consists of a hose line (20) fixed to the tube (14) of a length equal to half the silo height. At the end is a valve coupling (24) for a compressor.</p> |
