<p>The device comprises a small rod (18) hinged on one side to a shaft (19) mounted on the upper horizontal edge of the fixed frame (10) and on the other side to a shaft (20) integral with a strip (21) which may slide in a groove provided into the upper horizontal edge of the leaf (11), a link (22) and a lever (23) mounted on the same edge of the leaf (11) as the strip (21) above the latter. The link (22) is connected kinematically to the handle (13) so that when the handle (13) is moved angularly by a quarter of a turn, one of the arms of the lever (23) acts as a break applied against the strip (21), thereby locking the leaf in the angular position upon such handling. </p> |
