The roof-mounted absorber comprises flat thin-walled elements transmitting solar and environmental energy to a piping system incorporating a heat pump. The elements are assembled together on the module system in a common frame, inside which is an energy-conductive plate parallel to the base surface. The surface of this plate away from the latter has parallel energy-conductive ribs, while that towards it has formed in it passages for the brine used to conduct the heat. The passages together can form a zigzag pattern connected to the inlet and outlet at opposite ends.
