Washed sand, cement and fluidiser are constituents of a substance used for cement floor finishes, and rock dust and air pore producers are used as aggregate. In production, sufficient water is applied for suspension to take place in a free-fall mixer, with conveyance through a wormgear pump via a pipe, and largely self- levelling casting on site. Light agitation can be applied for levelling, such as by a vibrating bar or tube drawn horizontally through the flooring layer of fresh mortar. Only simple overlap, without cementing together, is needed for plastic foil sheets used as base.
