The video recorder with two rotating head records television signals which lie in the track in parallel to each other. By modulating the carrier wave in the video recorder, the signal is recorded in the tilt track toward the length direction of the tape. It has an advantage to record one field in one track following the tilt track. The record and/or reproduced scanner is repeatedly performed by two rotating head which is in touch unit a tilt track. The relatively high speed between a head and a tape which is necessary for the video signal recording is obtained at the comparatively slower tape speed. By improving the quality of record in the tilt track of voice signal, the noise which occurs upon the head changing is not produced.
