Reference voltage generator in integrated module circuit - has constant offset voltage with linear enhanced FET amplifier network and uses minimum number of transistors

A reference voltage generator for use in integrated circuit modules, requiring the minimum number of transistors. It does not require the use of transistors of the depletion type. It has two terminals (3,4) for the supply and a third terminal (7) for an output relative to the first two terminals. There is a constant offset voltage between the first and second terminals derived from a voltage divider (8,9,10). The linear amplifier network is formed from field effect transistors of the enhanced type. The gate electrode (6) of one of the transistors is connected to the junction point (5) of the voltage divider. The gate of the second transistor is connected to the second supply terminal.
