PURPOSE:To develop a sacrificial anodic device which is excellent in durability for a long period in hot water and mechanical strength and easy in the discharge of gas by covering the sacrificial anode for preventing corrosion of a can body made of metal with a porous porcelain filter. CONSTITUTION:Metal baser than the metal of a can body 1 is fitted to the can body with a plug 9 as a sacrificial anode 5 for preventing corrosion of the can body 1 made of metal. A porous filter 17 made of porcelain such as alumina is fitted to a socket 10 provided to the outside thereof with a screw This filter 17 made of alumina has many small holes of about 0.5mu hole diameter and gaseous hydrogen generated on the sacrificial anode 5 can be easily discharged through these holes and also even if the metallic ion of the sacrificial anode 5 dissolved into water are deposited as hydroxide, it can not be discharged into water through the filter 17 and therefore this hydroxide is not floated and precipitated in water and the sacrificial anodic device can be used for a long period. |
