摘要

Herstellung von Imidazolen durch Umsetzung von N,N'-Doformyl-1,2-diaminen bei Temperaturen von 350 bis 500°C in Gegenwart von Molybdänoxid und Kobaltoxid und/oder Nickeloxid als Katalysatoren. Die nach dem Verfahren der Erfindung herstellbaren Imidazole sind wertvolle Ausgangsstoffe für die Herstellung von Farbstoffen, Pflanzenschutzmitteln, Textilhilfsmitteln, Katalysatoren für Polyurethane und Epoxidharze, oberflächenaktiven Mitteln und Pharmazeutika, z.B. den entsprechenden Nitroimidazolen.
