PURPOSE:To form a solid case in such a way that after an encased device is embedded into a thermoplastic resin, thermosetting resin is coated on the surface of said resin, and shell with holes is formed, then said resin is flowed out through the holes under heat. CONSTITUTION:After a geared device 1 is embedded into a thermoplastic resin, and a core 3 is formed, then a shell 8 is formed to be a case to cover the geared device 1 by coating a thermosetting resin on the surface of the core 3 in the determined thickness. Then, at least two pieces of holes 9 are made at the shell 8. Next to it, the shell 8 is heated in an atmospheric furnance, the thermoplastic resin to form the core 3 is flowed out through at least one of the holes, to make the inside of the shell 8 into a hollow hot to interfere with revolution of gears. This facilitates to inexpensively form the solid case easily without being restricted by its outward form. |
