The filter has a filter bag (2) and a screen (15) inserted therein. The filter bag (2) is formed from a flat basic body (11) which is provided with a circular opening (12) and has a wedge-shaped cut-out (14) which extends to the centre (13) of the opening covered by the screen (15). In order to produce the filter, the cut-out-delimiting parts (18, 19) of the basic body are overlapped, so that the opening forms the tip (20) of the filter bag. The filter is thus only made into a funnel shape immediately prior to use, so that it can be easily adapted to different diameters of the drums on to which the filter is placed. It is especially advantageous that a large non-interrupted screen surface is available and that no residues except for the foreign matter to be screened out remain in the filter. <IMAGE> |
