PURPOSE:To prevent the fact that the resonance frequency coincides with the pulse frequency corresponding to a moving speed of the low speed side, by changing a speed of the high speed side in the X axis and the Y axis, and also to prevent generating a noise or vibration by software operation without using a hardware mechanism. CONSTITUTION:The resonance spectrum of the X-Y driving mechanism driven by a pulse motor, etc. is calculated in advace as to each resonance point f0-20f0, and the pulse frequencies 2f0-10f0 corresponding to a moving speed of the axis of the low speed side in the X axis and the Y axis, by inclination of a straight line of the moving distance in the X direction and Y direction It is decided whether said pulse frequencies 2f0-10f0 coincide with the resonance frequency of the resonance points f0-20f0 which have been derived from the resonant spectrum or not, and in case when they coincide or there is possibility that they coincide, it is made possible to effectively prevent generating a noise or vibration by means of software operation without using a hardware mechanism, by changing a speed of the axis of the high speed side in the X axis or the Y axis. |
