The brush consists of a power switch(13) which has the function of forward-reverse switching of the power source, a crank pin(19) which is activated by means of a reduction gear from the motor, a guide groove for mounting or detaching the guide pin and crank pin, a brush holder on which the guide groove is formed, a brush, and a switching means which prevents one of crank pin and guide pin from being mounted on the guide groove selectively.
