In manufacturing rubber gasket for the door of container or car the sulphurated rubber belt(9)(10) was compressed to the gvoove(2) of lower die so as to seal end side(8') of vertical wall(8) with the convex line(6)(7) shaped in the projected wall(5) of middle die(4), and after upper die is assembled the unsulphurated rubber particle is influxed compulsoryly into the corner space by high pressed condition of pressing plate(17), so the sulphurated rubber belt and the new formed rubber part is joined in a body.
