PURPOSE:To facilitate manufacturing of panels with different thickness, by mating the upper mold with hooked circumferential end part to the lower mold wherein the side plates are connected to the four sides of the base plate with hinge so that the side plates can freely rise and fall, and connecting the both molds tightly by the clamping apparatus. CONSTITUTION:A urethane solution 36 is quickly poured in a lower mold 1. Then an upper mold 6 is lowered down so that its hooked part 10 is mated to upper end part of side plates 1b, 1c of the lower mold 1. Then frame bodies 14 on both sides are raised with long holes 16 of head part 17 of supporting lever 12 thereof are mated with wedges to protruded parts 18 of hooked circumferential end part 10 of the upper mold 6. This operation connects the upper mold 6 and the lower mold 1 into a single entity so that the entity can endure an expansion pressure of dozens of tons/m<2> caused by urethane foaming. When the foaming is terminated and the expansion pressure is reduced, the upper mold 6 is dismounted from the lower mold 1 with the side plates 1b, 1c of the lower mold 1 fallen down, a hardened product with higher pressure-resistivity can be obtained. |
