NEW MATERIAL:A thiadinoimidazole derivative shown by the formula I (A is C, or N; R1 and R2 are H or alkyl, but R1 and R2 are not H simultaneously) and its acid addtion salt. EXAMPLE:3,4-Dihydro-4-n-propyl-2H-(1,3)-thiazino[3,2-a]pyrido[3,2-d]im idazole. USE:A drug for the circulatory system having crown blood vasodilating action, telangiectatic action, and mild hypotensive action. PROCESS:A compound shown by the formula II is reacted with a compound shown by the formula III (X and Y are halogen), to give a compound shown by the formula I. The reaction is carried out in a solvent, e.g., methanol, ethanol, etc. in the presence of a base, e.g., NaOH, KOH, etc. |
