PURPOSE:To obtain products with less scattering at a lower cost, by placing a plastic base plate on a base plate supporting table whose outer diamemter is a little smaller than the inner diameter of the plastic cylinder and fixing the bonding part with its upper part a little protruded out. CONSTITUTION:A plastic base plate 7 is placed on a base plate supporting table 5 whose outer diameter is a little smaller than the inner diameter of a plastic cylinder 8. When the cylinder 8 is placed to fit with the base plate supporting table 5 on a mounting table 6 of the plastic cylinder 8, the height of the mounting table 6 is so positioned that the bonding part 13 of the cylinder 8 protrudes a little from the upper part of the base plate supporting table. Then a pressing and heating is applied using a metallic mold 9 for bending so that only the bonding part 13 is bent inward. Then airs are blown from a metallic mold 11 having an air outlet 12 to cool the bonded part 13 and a plastic cylindrical container is obtained. |
