PURPOSE:To enable X-ray photographing in all directions without causing pollution and damage by fixing a magnetic member transmissive for X rays on a material also transmissive for X rays and by arranging semiconductor devices on a diagonal line and fixing thereon. CONSTITUTION:The magentic material 19 transmitting X rays, such as magnetic rubber, for instance, is fitted on a material 8 of rectangular parallelepiped transmitting X rays, such as acrylic or plastic resin, for instance, whereon the semiconductor devices 4-7 are arranged on a diagonal line and fixed. The X-ray photographing jig thus constituted renders no pollution or damage to the semiconductors, since the semiconductor devices are fixed by the magnetic substance. In addition, since the jig is made all of materials transmitting X rays, photographing is performed without shielding the semiconductor devices even when the jig is inclined. At the same time, since the semiconductor devices are arranged on the diagonal line, the X-ray photographing in all the directions becomes possible. |
