<p>PURPOSE:To automatically store picture data at a terminal device side and to attain a high speed displaying by providing respectively a terminal memory condition control means at a central processing unit and a picture data memory condition detecting means at a terminal device. CONSTITUTION:When a central processing unit 11 receives a screen displaying request to a terminal device 2, a terminal memory condition control means 13 confirms through a line device 3 whether or not the picture data can be stored. When the device 2 receives the identifier of the picture data from an electronic computer 1, a picture data memory condition detecting means 211 checks the presence of absence of the picture data of the said identifier, and when the data do not exist in a terminal memory device 23, a picture data transmitting request message is sent to the computer 1. The computer 1, when the device 2 does not have a memory device 23 and overflows, informs the control means and thereafter, without sending the identifier, only the picture data are transmitted.</p> |
