PURPOSE:To form the molded coil of an excellent electrical and mechanical characteristics by a method wherein the inorganic granular material, to be used as resin filler, is distributed in the filling-in type metal mold having an electromagnetic element coil arranged and then resin is impregnated thereon. CONSTITUTION:After the electromagnetic coil 2 is arranged in the filling-in type metal mold 1, the inorganic granular material 3, to be used as resin filler, is distributed in such manner that it is covering the coil 2. Then, the low viscosity resin 4 without mixing the filler is impregnated and hardened in the metal mold 1. Through said procedure, the complete resin injection into the inter-layer of the coil is accomplished and the molded coil of excellent electrical and mechanical characteristics can be formed. |
