The battery has several cells arranged in a complete group vessel (107) with sepg. sealed intermediary walls (105), and a complete cover (3). The battery electrodes (101,101') are coupled to each other by connecting bridges (1) inside the vessel, and each passes through or over an intermediary wall close the under side of the cover. The connection for measurement of electrical voltage over an individual cell (103') is a screw (10) and a primary hole (15) passing through the cover of the vessel. A secondary hole (15), concentric with the primary (13), is arranged in a connecting bridge, is tapped, and the screw is firmly engaged in it. Around the screw is an elastic seal (21), tensioned against the walls of the primary hole. Between the seal and the head of the screw is a rigid plate. The secondary hole is located in the part of the connecting bridge located nearest to a negative electrode (101), and is, in fact, a bottom hole. The dia. of the primary hole is greater than that of the secondary. |
