PURPOSE:To obtain uniformed physical properties on each part of the formed product, by controlling the feeding speed of the piston cylinder by means of the electronic control and arranging so that the speed is higher at th remotoer part from the gate part and lower as the materials get near to the gate part. CONSTITUTION:Liquefied resins in each storage tank 6a, 6b are forwarded through passages 7 and by the operation of feeding piston cylinder 17 are fed to a mixing apparatus 3 through passages 9 and feed holes 10. In order to operate the feeding piston cylinders 17 according to the preliminarily fixed feeding speed, an electronic control element 20 controls a hydraulic control element 2 and each electromagnetic type flow adjusting valve 16a, 16b. At first a drive cylinder 4 is driven to a fixed position at a higher speed. After the position is detected by a detector 19, the speed of the cylinder 4 is lowered. Because the far apart position can be filled with the liquefied resins at a higher speed, the RIM formed products with uniformed properties can be obtained. |
