PURPOSE:To visually observe and confirm the deformation of a thin section, discover minor air leakage, improve reliability, and reduce battery assembling man-hours by molding part of the synthetic resin frame side thin. CONSTITUTION:Part 10 of the side of a frame 1 made of synthetic resin of polyolefin such as polyethylene is made circular and thin. The diameter of this circular section 10 is set to 3mm, the thickness to 0.1-0.2mm, and the thickness of other portion of the frame 1 to 5mm. The thin section 10 is not recessed inward in an undecompressed state, and the thin section 10 is recessed to the battery inside in a decompressed state. When this recess to the inside is visually observed, minor air leakage can be discovered. |
