A mounting device for attachment to one end of the jib (1) of a mobile crane, which jib (1) is pivotal in a substantially vertical direction and rotatable about a substantially vertical axis, comprises an L-shaped carrier (4) one leg of which is fastened to the end of the jib (1) and the other leg (5) of which has a carrying frame (7) mounted thereon to be pivotal about a horizontal axis (6) located at the free end of said other leg (5).
