1490937 Dishwashers KARL WINTERHALTER KG 16 Dec 1975 [13 Aug 1975] 51487/75 Heading A4F [Also in Division F2] A dishwasher is provided with at least one rotatable roller 4a on which annular articles such as cake rings 7a can be freely suspended so that as the roller rotates, e.g. under the action of a spray nozzle 9a driving a vane wheel 8a, Fig. 1b, or under the action of an electric motor (18), Fig. 3, (not shown), friction between the inside surface of the rings 7a and the surface of the roller loosens any dirt on the rings. The roller 4a may have projections or bristles, e.g. helically arranged, and adjustable spacer discs 10a. The roller may be removably mounted on supports 5a, 6a. As shown, the dishwasher includes spray tubes 3 from which streams of water issue at right angles to the lengths of the roller(s), and a sump 12 in which rings 13 can be prew ashed. |
