PURPOSE:To make no noise component based on switching of the antenna appear in the detection output, by sending out continuously a receiving signal immediately before switching, simultaneously with the detection of a multipath noise, and also until the switching operation of the antenna is finished. CONSTITUTION:When receiving by the antenna 6, if the influence of a multipath appears in the output waveform A, and a noise component appears in the detection output C, the multipath detection circuit 8 provides a switching control signal F to the switching means 9. The means 9 switches the antenna from 6 to 7 so that the receiving signals of both the antennas are sent out by overlapping until the switching operation is finished. As a result, since the level is lowered only a little when the receiving signal is switched, a noise component based on switching is not superposed on the detection output C. |
