PURPOSE:To economically execute an outgoing test, an incoming test, etc., by providing an intra-office connection testing terminal, 1 set of substitute circuits, and a space division type testing line concentration switch, on every plural subscriber switch module, which has been decentralized. CONSTITUTION:In the time division telephone switching system consisting of the plural subscriber line switch module 2, and the time division distributed switch 3, the line concentration control processor 23 is operated in the module 2 to which a test has been designated, and the switch C in the subscriber's circuit 22 for testing is closed. The circuit 22 is led into the centralized supervisory testing device 4. The device 4 closes the contact of the line concentration switch 41 for testing so as to be connected to the outgoing subscriber substitute circuit 42, the incoming subscriber substitute circuit 43 and the outgoing and incoming substitute circuit 44 in accordance with the contents of a test. For instance, when a signal of a dial, etc. is sent out from the circuit 42 by the outgoing test, the circuit 22 receives it, the processor 23 processes the connection signal, and each test of the service system and the control system centering around the module 2 is executed.
