摘要 PURPOSE:To perform line interpolation of the (n) axis and arc interpolation simultaneously, by providing an interpolator, which distributes the line work length and the arc work length to the line interpolation signal and the arc differential work length signal, and a converter which converts the arc differential work length signal to the line interporation signal. CONSTITUTION:Interporator 32 distributes input work arc length signal L, diameter difference signal R, and line work signal Z.U in the ratio proportional to speed Fn and outputs differential work arc length DELTAl, differential work diameter difference DELTAr, and line interpolation signals DELTAz and DELTAu. Here, DELTAz and DELTAu are output directly, but DELTAr is added to initial radius Rs, and the output is supplied to converter 48 as cumulative diameter command Rn. Differential work are length DELTAl is added to initial work arc length Ls, and output Ln is operated together with reference diameter command Rc by angle converter 46. Output cumulative angle thetan is sent to converter 48, and new coordinate value (Xn, Yn) is obtained from thetan and Rn by converter 48 and is sent to difference equipments 50 and 52. Then, distribution pulses DELTAX and DELTAY are output.
