(I; R1 = O- or S-contg. alkyl; R2 = O- or S-contg. alkyl, substituted or non-substituted aliphatic hydrocarbon, aromatic hydro carbon, N-contg. heterocyclic hydrocarbon; where R1 and R2 form could form morpholino, piperidino, or pyrrolidino with N; R3 = C1-18 alkyl, C2-8 alkenyl, aromatic or aliphatic hydrocarbon, C1-6 alkoxy, C2-6 alkenyloxy, imino; X = O, S) useful as plant control agents, were prepd. by reaction of II and III(where R3 was R5 NH, the II was reacted with IV), V and III, or V and VI (R5 = H, C1-6 alkyl, aromatic hydrocarbon).
