PURPOSE:To ensure an assured collection and disposal for the removed toner, by attaching and detaching a toner collecting bag over a full length of a photoreceptor to the toner collecting box that can be attached or detached freely to a toner cleaning device. CONSTITUTION:The toner collecting box 20 is provided freely attachably and detachably to the toner cleaning device 12 that incorporates the fur brush 21 and others and can shunt from the photosensitive drum 11 when not in use. Then the toner collecting bag 46 is mounted to the box 20 over a full length of the drum 11. As a result, the removed toner can be collected completely into the bag 46 without scattering round. Then the bag 46 is detached when necessary from the box 20 for an easy and assured disposal of the removed toner.
