PURPOSE:To obtain a photoreceptor capable of forming a sharp 3-color image with a small quantity of exposure, by forming the first, second, and third photoconductive layers, each having sensitivity to a specified color light on a conductive substrate. CONSTITUTION:The first photoconductive layer 2 sensitive to color light (A), such as a red sensitive photoconductor sensitive to lambda>=600nm, the first interlayer 5 when needed, the second photoconductive layer 3 sensitive to color light (B) and transmitting color light (A), such as a green sensitive photoconductor sensitive to 500nm<= lambda<=600nm, (it may be sensitive to lambda<500nm, the second interlayer 5 when needed, ane the third photoconductive layer 4 sensitive to color light (C) and transmitting color lights (A), (B), such as a blue sensitive photoconductor sensitive to lambda< 500nm, are formed on conductive substrate 1 having conductivity of <=10<10>OMEGA.cm volume resistivity. |
