PURPOSE:To make a synthetic-resin frame and a collector lead-piece to be stuck and unified in a short time, by inserting the cylindrical pins provided on the lead piece from one side into the holes provided in the frame, making another collector lead- piece touch the other side of the frame, being followed by making the joint holes to be caulked with the pins. CONSTITUTION:Cylindrical-hollow-pins 4 of a collector lead-piece 3 are inserted into holes 2, which are provided in the grid part of a synthetic-resin frame 1 made of a polypropylene, a polyethylene or the like. At the same time, another collector lead-piece 3' having joint holes 5 at position corresponding to those of the pins 4, is made to touch the other side of the frame 1. After that, the pin 4 is stretched, and a tool is inserted from upside into a hollow space 6 of the pin 4 to make the pin 4 to be flattened into an eyelet. Consequently, the pins 4 of the lead piece 3 which pass through the holes 2 are made to caulk the joint holes 5, and thereby the lead pieces 3 and 3' are embedded into the synthetic-resin frame 1. |
