PURPOSE:To accurately obtain totalized fuel consumption of an engine, by outputting rotary speed of the engine and previously measured actual data from the position of a control rack of an injection pump and accumulating on the basis of this value an injection quantity per unit time at every fixed time. CONSTITUTION:A rotary speed pulse signal PN of an engine from an electromagnetic pick-up 11 is waveform shaped and output to a counter 16 here counted by a pulse PS input at every second from a sampling pulse generator 17. Content DN of the counter 16 is applied to the address of a memory 18. While a signal ER of a potentiometer 13 for detecting the position of a control rack is A/D converted and applied to the memory 18 through a register 15. In this way, data Dq assigned by addresses DN, DR are output from the memory 18 and multiplied with the data DN by a multiplier 20.
