PURPOSE:To increase the torque of a flat motor by so disposing a plurality of flat annular coil elements on the outer periphery of a commutator that the torque producing unit is radially rectilinearly extended, thereby forming a number of coils in adhered state. CONSTITUTION:A self-adhesive conductor is wound in a plurality of turns in the same plane, and a torque producing unit 16 crossing the line of magnetic force forms a flat annular coil element E extending radially rectilinearly. A piece 41 obtained by stamping and bending approximately in T or L shape in cross section is annularly disposed in relatively insulated state, and an insulator 58 is adhered onto a brush slide contact unit to form a commutator 40. The coil element E is annularly superposed on the outer periphery of the commutator 40, the connecting wire of the coil element E is inserted into the cutout 42 of the piece 41, connected by welding, and the coil element E is heated and fusion-bonded to each other. |
