PURPOSE:To obtain the heat-insulating tube whose cross section has an outside shaped of true circle and wherein junction of coating material and foamed resin is sufficient by using endless belts as a means for transferring material in a passage for molding and thereby unnecessitating pulling of the lug parts of the coating material extending outward from the slit of a molding tube. CONSTITUTION:Inside-layer coating material 5 and outside-layer coating material 6 are introduced into the inlet 11 of the passage 4 for molding constituted by the molding tube 1 with the slit, the endless belts 2, 2' and 2'' and a core-type core 3 and the endless belts 2, 2' and 2'' are made to slide in the state that they are attracted by corresponding magnets 14 and are made to pass continuously in the direction of an arrow. On the occasion, the inside-layer coating material 5 is made to touch the surface of the core-type core 3, while both ends of the outside-layer coating material 6 are projected above the vertical slit 13 of the molding tube to form the ear parts 62. Between the inside-layer coating material 5 and the outside-layer coating material 6 is injected liquid of foaming resin continuously from a foaming resin liquid injecting device 71, the liquid of resin is made to foam and set while advancing through the passage 4 and thereby a foamed molded body is formed, which is carried out from an outlet 12 and cut thereafter in an appropriate length. |
