摘要 <p>The control circuit is for a solar generator so that the solar cells are only switched through to a converter if sufficient sunlight exists to lift the output power of the cells above a predetermined threshold level. The solar cells (1) are connected to the control and converter (4) circuitry by a manual switch (2,a,b). When the power output exceeds a threshold level the cells (1) are connected to the converter (4) by the automatic control switch (3) which is in series with the manual one (2). The converter (4) and the automatic switch are switched on by a control circuit (6) which is in turn controlled by the power measuring circuit (9) on the front end of the automatic switch (3) and across the output of the solar cells (1) when the manual switch (2) is closed. The power measuring circuit (9) is brought into circuit by a contact(S) of the automatic switch (3)/control circuit (6) combination. The power measuring circuit (9) is a Zener diode, GTO thyristor combination.</p>
