<p>The roasting prong is intended to be inserted into a piece of meat which is to be roasted, grilled or otherwise cooked, so that the heat is better conducted into the meat. The prong is of heat- conducting material and can be flat, round or conical. The prong can be solid or hollow, and the cross-section may be round, angular, oval or corrugated. The prong can be single or double, and or it may be fitted with a crosspiece.</p> |
