<p>The accessory receives and transfers rectangular bales of stem crops to a conveyor, having a smooth inclined chute (5) down which the bales slide under gravity towards a guide (10). The latter directs them towards the conveyor, and with the aid of a lock gate (6) they are separated and aligned in the lengthwise direction. After alignment, any bales happening to be standing edgewise on, are tipped by a mechanism (7) onto their wide sides, in which position they are engaged by the conveyor.</p> |
