<p>PURPOSE:To weaken the tackiness, facilitate the application of a protecting sheet to a piece of window glass and bond the sheet firmly with photopolymerization after the application, by incorporating a photosetting (meth)acrylic ester with a photopolymerization initiator, etc. and an acrylic adhesive for an adhesive sheet. CONSTITUTION:A photosetting mixture solution consisting of a methacrylic or acrylic ester, e.g. polyethylene glycol diacrylate, as a photosetting monomer, a photopolymerization initiator, e.g. benzophenone, and a photopolymerization accelerator, e.g. an amine compound, is mixed with an acrylic resin adhesive solution. The resultant solution is then applied to a support, e.g. polyethylene terephthalate film, and a release sheet is laminated to give the aimed adhesive sheet or tape. EFFECT:A crease or air bubble formed on application to a glass surface can be readily removed due to the low tack and cohesive force of the adhesive layer.</p> |
