PURPOSE:To realize interchangeability between a temperature detecting part and a transducing part by adding a resistor to the detecting part of the temperature measuring device comprising the temperature detecting part and a transducing circuit and a constant-current circuit to the transducing part. CONSTITUTION:A pressure-dividing circuit RV for setting the zero level of the constant-current circuit 23 and the transducing circuit 22 for supplying constant current Ic1 to the temperature detecting part is provided in the transducing part 20 which is operated by a battery 21, while resistors R2 and R3 connected to the input terminals of the power source of the temperature detecting part 10 are provided. An average value (a) of the ratio between the output Vc1 of a Zener diode 12 and the output voltage Vo1 of a temperature sensor at the temperature t0 setting a zero point is found beforehand. Next, the values of R2 and R3 are set so that the ratio of Vo1+ Ic1XR2-Vc1+Ic1XR2 or the ratio of Vo1-Vc1+Ic1XR3 becomes equal to (a). At this time, the zero point of the temperature detecting part 10 is constantly in accord with that of the transducing circuit 22 and thus the interchangeability between the temperature detecting part 10 and the transducing part 20 is realized.
